Membership Guidelines
The Library extends its membership to all students, as well as teaching and non-teaching staff members of the college, ensuring that everyone within the academic community has access to its resources and facilities.
Temporary Membership (6 Months)
Specifically designed for external researchers, scholars, and doctors to provide access to valuable professional and academic resources.
Caution Deposit: ₹1,000
₹500 refundable after the 6-month duration.
This initiative encourages intellectual collaboration within a well-equipped environment.
Identity Card Requirement
All members must present a valid Identity Card. This is mandatory for accessing the library and its resources.
Non-Liability Certificate
Maintaining a well-organized library system requires the settlement of all outstanding obligations before departing the institution.
For Students
Prior to the commencement of University Examinations, students must obtain an NLC from the College Librarian to ensure all dues and responsibilities are cleared.
For Staff Members
Both teaching and non-teaching staff must acquire the NLC either before leaving the institution or upon retirement, whichever comes first.
